Fit and Dangerous

Spring Rolls

6 spring roll wraps
1 carrot, peeled and julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
1 avocado, sliced
3 tbsp. cilantro

Soak spring roll wraps in warm water until pliable. Divide ingredients evenly between wraps. Roll and serve.
